The Empty Chair Elimination Challenge

The Empty Chair Elimination Challenge is a practical online 30-day implementation challenge designed specifically for dentists in private practice who want to attract more patients, improve treatment acceptance, and build systems for predictable practice growth.

During the challenge, participants will create and implement patient acquisition, follow-up, and conversion systems while leveraging key Q3 opportunities, including Mandela Month, Women’s Month, Heritage Month, and Oral Health Month.

This is not another theory-based course. It’s a hands-on online challenge focused on implementation, accountability, and results.
